You would have to contact Westgate manufacture if somethings wrong with your TV

I was able to get this TV for $250. For a 65” Smart Roku 4k TV, it seems definitely worth it. I even had total tech wall mount this TV which was amazing. However whenever they installed it, I never paid attention to the audio until the next day when my wife tried to use it she said the audio was terrible. Tried to troubleshoot it myself but found out everyone else had the same issue. The sounds coming out of the TV sounded like blown out speakers and everything anyone said was muffled. You literally couldn’t understand anything you were watching. It was better watching with subtitles. I ended up buying a soundbar to just fix this issue. All in all this TV cost my $450.

When i brought this TV home I wanted to hate it. I tried to hate it lol. But the 100% honest truth is that for the price you can't beat it. Came home and my 75" LG Oled was dead. Wasn't in the position to buy another OLED at the moment so i decided to take a gamble and go with this. To be honest i don't see much of a difference between this and my 55" LG Oled that I play xbox on most of the time. I think im done buying high priced tv's. I literally have nothing bad to say about this TV. I'll update my review in a year to see if maybe it has a longevity issue. But i can honestly say this budget TV has completely opened my eyes when it comes to buying a TV. All I have bought for years was either OLED or QLED and to be honest i really dont see a difference between them and this tv. Dont get me wrong the more expensive tv have things like the motion cursor that i never use. If you need a big basic tv that has a grip of apps and looks great this is it. Also i have my xbox series x hooked up to it and again, no issues. This thing is top notch for $350, it can't be beat for the price.

So far I have been very satisfied with this tv. I was weary because I actually read reviews and never really leave them. Well I’m happy to say that I am glad I got this tv. The color is great, the sound I haven’t had an issue with because I use a sound bar and I love the fact I don’t have to keep track of a remote because of the Roku app being on my phone. Definitely a good purchase for the money.

This is a good basic large screen Roku that has all the apps you would want. The picture is clear; the sound is good (but I do have a sound bar looked up to the TV); the settings are clear.

This TV was delivered on time and was easy to use a mounting bracket with. The smart features work as expected. The display is very good using a satellite service, showing content via the Internet, or via broadcast. I highly re6this product.

1 year later. Better than expected. Clear picture and audio. Excellent speakers can be heard at volume 10 throughout family room. Wall mounted. Roku better than FireTV in my opinion.

The tv has a great quality and was excellent for the price. Had a bad weather storm and lightning struck the house but upon getting power back the tv was still functional.

Awesome TV for $250, you can’t beat that price for a 65”, everyone is complaining about the speakers but honestly just get a cheap soundbar for around $40 and you’re fine. I still use the built in speakers and they’ve been completely fine but hey maybe I just got really lucky. Insanely good deal though for a 65” TV and not bad for the price.
