I have only had the TV for a week so I can't comment on reliability. BB delivered and attached the very sturdy stand, HDMI, and AC. Attaching other cables was straightforward Initial programming was easy. No problem getting set of my WIFI network. Remote control is straightforward. Since local programming and my comcast HD DVR box do not support 4K I might have been better off getting the less expensive non 4K set but for the price difference, i am planning for the future. The picture quality is good. The color rendition is acceptable. The internal speakers are better than I expected and would be OK to use by themselves . I use the earphone mini jack (this is the only set this size that has one) to run the sound thru my stereo system. This way, the volume is controlled by the TV. The built in Pandora, and Youtube work fine. I have not used the built in Netflix or VuDu The set has shut off by itself on a couple of occasions. Don't know if this is from extraneous RC signal or what so I will monitor it carefully. Like all products today, the instruction manual is sparse. It is straightforward but not all settings (DLC) are fully explained.

I first reviewed this set when it was 1 week old. I have now had it for 3 weeks. Great price for 65 in set. Has earphone jack for easy connection to my stereo set up and allows for controlling overall volume thru the stereo by the TV sound. TV has randomly shout off on a few occasions (this has been reported by other users). I contacted Westinghouse service and they instructed me in the procedure for doing a master re-set of the TV which they said should resolve the problem. I have not done it yet because it requires disconnecting all the external devices and since it is a rare occurrence, I will not do it unless it starts happening more often. They assured me that this is not harmful to the set. See my previous review for the rest of the details on the set.

I bought this for my Father. He was still using a 42" 720p Plasma.
This TV is hands down superior in picture quality to his previous TV.
We haven't been able to get any native 4K content on it yet, but the upscaling works pretty nicely.

I have 2 4k tvs I have an lg and I have this one. this one goes loud but the brightness isn't as good as the lg so compared to a name brand the name brand is better but this still puts out a good picture and sound

I think well worth the dollars paid for the quality received. Others reported random TV shutoffs, but I have not experienced that issue. Only real setup issue is for the WiFi password. The setup only accepts a very limited set of characters, no odd characters like "hash" or "underscore", which my WiFi is configured for. So I could not connect the TV to my internet, no big deal, I connect through the DirectTV receiver anyway.

Thus far this TV has been satisfactory. There was a more reliable brand in the same size for $200 more but I am glad that I chose this one. No problems yet.

I never buy Samsung products, but a friend saw my TV and said it was a superior picture to their Samsung. I don't always believe in "you get what you pay for". Samsung and Sony are overpriced and over hyped. I do recommend a soundbar, but most people have them these days!!

The TV is great and a terrific value but make sure to pick up a sound bar because the built in speakers are weak at best and the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating.

This TV has the most amazing picture. The sound is atrocious. The big problem is it keeps shutting off by itself. No biggie, right? Just have them fix it. Well, Westinghouse does not have parts for this TV. I have waited to see if the problem persisted, and yes it has. I will have to return it, and purchase a new tv.

It's not worth the money savings - TV's menus went out 5 days after purchase. Avoid and spend a little more money!

This is my second 65in 4k Westinghouse from best buy. First one delivered and was damaged. Screen had vertical pink lines running through it. Toast. Best but was great about returning it. They told me not to worry about repackaging and they took it away when the replacement was delivered. It's a bit heavy you need two people to get it out of the box and to set it up. Picture is excellent I must say. Especially when you consider the price in the equation. I picked mine up for $799 less 10% with BB credit card I opened. You get the 10% in the form of rewards certificate but it's still like $$. It lacks some features that TVs costing 2 or 3 times the price have. But who cares? I wanted a 65 inch 4k TV with a quality picture and the best price I could find one. This is the TV folks. Good luck finding any 65 4k TV for under a grand. Let alone under $800. You won't be disappointed. No problems thus far w TV shutting off as others have reported. Bought geek squad warranty for peace of mind and was worth it for what I saved on the TV. I would give it 4 stars overall but I give it 5 considering price.
