Purchased the set 3 weeks ago with free delivery and set up. Absolutely no problems with automatic turn off that other reviewers experienced, they were NOT VERIFIED PURCHASERS, did they purchase from other than Best Buy? Simple to connect wifi. The 4K picture is definitely noticeable. Colors are good but not as vivid and rich as a plasma set. Sound is marginal, connect to dedicated sound system. Interesting note: all 8 VERIFIED PURCHASERS of this set have rated it either 4 or 5 and would recommend to a friend. This set cost only $799. You may be able to find a more capable set, but plan on spending two to four times as much!

WARNING!!!! I bought this TV November 2nd 2015 Dont waste your money... starting day 1 it shuts off by itself every .5-2 hrs every use. Thank god for Best Buys 15 day return policy. Now I just have to figure out how to get it to best buy for my money back. Buy a SONY for hundreds more its worth it!

It worked fine at first but would turn on and off at random. Then later, blocks of static would show nearly every time it was used. Also, sometimes when the channels changed the tv would show pixels. Because it was not very old, nothing could be done to help with the random on and off. And nothing could be done about the pixel blocks, but yay we got a new one

WOW this TV blew me away!! I was skeptical about the price but when I hooked it up and started watching TV I was in Shock. I could really tell the 4k made a difference, the contrast ratio is great, my friend but his oled tv side by side and my black levels were way better than his, the 6 watt speakers blew me away!!, they were so good I unplugged my definitive speakers. The smart features are ok, all in all picture and sound is the best ive seen.

I went into Best Buy for a new TV I learned about the 4K tv there i had a certain budget in mind i saw westinghouse had the 65inch 4K online but not in store for 1099 then i saw that Westinghouse had a 85in ch for 7k so i thought how bad can it be soon as I took it out of the box there were pixels out on tv dark even with dynamic on just was not even close to the regular 1080P i had i should have listened to the sales rep but Best buy treated me so well I was able to go in and Upgrade to the Sony 4K which was sooooo amazing Def pay the difference for the quality trust me I gave this tv a shot dont do it guys but I do hope westinghouse continues to improve on the 4k tv's just like vizzio did when they first came out it took them a bit but now are great i hope the same for westinghouse some day

I love this tv. The picture and sound is great. I was worried about the sound after reading the reviews but have had no issues with mine. Great bargain

Within a week of receiving the TV, it would turn on and then become responsive to the remote or on-unit button commands. I had to unplug to TV to turn off every time.. Called Westinghouse and they would awful with their customer service. I ended up returning this unit and going with a better known brand. It is well worth it to add a couple hundred dollars and get the quality you deserve.

I brought a new tv in September 65 with in two weeks it was turning off by itself. Best buy brought another one out. In two weeks that started doing the same thing. .

This tv was a challenge right out of the box. It will randomly turn itself off. Worst yet, it doesn't recognize my internet signal. After I sign in to Netflix, the TV resets and takes me back to the sign on screen. I can't say how good the 4K picture is since I never got to access Netflix. Westinghouse customer service agent stated someone would email me in 3 days with a possible solution.... Avoid this TV, it is simply not worth it. I am taking this worthless TV back
