Overall this is a pretty solid choice for a TV. The price is amazing for this size screen. The picture quality itself is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. The quality is great if you’re on the PlayStation or Netflix, or any other app. But as far as regular antenna TV, it’s not the greatest. The TV can switch to Roku TV which is basically free cable and that picture is great! Otherwise the home page is filled with tons of apps like Hulu, Netflix, Pluto, Tubi, Peacock, etc. It’s all very easy to set up and navigate as well. I would buy this TV if your budget is low and you want a good TV with lots of features!

Got this for MOM.... she, her friends and guest love it.... ROKU is just the best for people who don't know a lot about electronics..its simple and easy to use ....price and size were good as well...Best Buy delivered it as promised on time .....way to go BB....

When my old 50" T.V. began fading out, I began looking around for a new one. On Best-Buy web page I found a great Westinghouse T.V.. It looked good and the sale was even better. The T.V. priced at $399.00+ I bought a two year warranty from the Geek Squad. I had intended to buy a 55." T.V. However; I push the wrong button and bought a 65". It was a great accident My new 65" Westinghouse/Roku has a great picture and sound. I don't even need a sound bar. This T.V. does everything except wash dishes. If this is and example of a happy accident, all I can say is WEEEEEE!!!

This panel actually looks better than the LG 8500NANO something! The LG had terrible light bleed and I mean terrible to the point where I’m going to give it to my 11 year old for games in his bedroom. The Westinghouse is GREAT for movies and sports no really noticeable lag in sports or actions scenes.. I’d give it a 4/5 the tv does need a soundbar as the speakers are a bit weak, other than that no dead pixels, no issues at all. The only thing the LG has going for it is the sound and it does sound GREAT but the light bleed is annoying AF!

I was a bit hesitant to buy a Westinghouse brand TV just due to being lower end of the scale and replacing a SHARP 73". At 399.00 I couldn't really argue. Setup of SmartTV functions was super easy, it is thin, light, and great picture for a basement TV. ROKU Interface is easy to use and has all of the major streaming platorms/apps available including REDBOX Streaming. I would buy another.

I love this TV! Colors are bright and clear! We picked it up curbside! The service reps were courteous, quick and more than happy to load it up in our pickup! I wish I had purchased another one but I wasn't certain that I would like it so well! The price was great and I look forward to enjoying the TV for years to come! The sound is great as well! So many are loud on the side but not when you are sitting in front of it...so I do not need a sound bar which makes me very happy! I am completely satisfied that I chose this television! Couldn't be happier! I love my Best Buy!

Westinghouse 65" LED Smart Roku TV is an excellent television for the price. Several other television brands with similar features and screen size considerably higher priced but comparable picture and options.

Plugging it in, you can immediately see that the picture is great. Turn on the sound and the disappointment ruins the "new television" experience. We tried it for a few days and had to order a sound bar. The sound was terrible. Two weeks later the remote wouldn't work when pressing the buttons. When you stopped pressing the buttons the television started doing strange things on its own. After contacting Westinghouse, they told us how to reset the television and remote. It works now, but for how long? If you are just looking for an inexpensive television for the screen only, this is an option. Otherwise, choose another option.

This is a great smart TV for the price, under $600 for a 65" was hard to pass up. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is do to the on screen navigation. I understand they are trying to simplify things with a small remote without a ton of buttons, but I miss having full control of each aspect of the TV. Other than that the picture quality is good and sound is what would be expected from TV speakers.

easy set up...great color and built in ROKU..very good price for a 65 in. TV..

Good tv for the price. Easy to setup and mount to wall. Initially had some trouble with clear picture but may have been because i have two next to each other, it has since cleared up. Cant complain for the low price.

The picture is great and the price couldn't be beat. The sound isn't that fantastic in a larger room, but I knew buying a soundbar was in the cards already. The great part is the HDMI with CEC, so the soundbar is synced to the TV itself, displaying the volume indicator on the screen regardless of whether I adjust the volume on my TV remote, phone, soundbar remote, or even if my PC is using the soundbar as a Bluetooth speaker. The Roku operating system is what it is. Some apps aren't available at all, like Facebook Watch and most music streaming apps. Amazon stuff works flawlessly, and Hulu and Netflix work okay. Although Roku is known to drop apps arbitrarily and not carry others, it is perfect for those that are overwhelmed by the idea of a smart tv. Once it walks you through connecting to the internet, it's pretty much self explanatory. Perfect gift for a grandparent. On the downside, Roku can't be "jailbroken" nor does it have any internet browser options. But with so many HDMI inputs, you can plus anything up to this tv. Cool screensavers are available for free, so mine turns in to a fish tank when I'm not watching a show. Could make it a fireplace in winter if I want.

I recently purchased the Westinghouse 65" Roku television, and am very pleased with it. It arrived right on time, and according to the schedule that I established when I ordered it. I upgraded from a 42" tv, so it was quite a pleasure to see the crystal clear picture on a much larger scale. Can't wait to see some of my much anticipated sporting events on this beauty! I bought this on one of Best Buy's "Deals of the Day" so the price was very reasonable -- about $200 off. It's turned out to be a really great value.

Amazing experience would definitely go through best buy again , picking a tv through best super easy , geek squad was super help when setting up my tv and mount. I'm late on this review because I just found out I'm can't do an exchange on my tv because my warranty just went out
