exciellent product. well buit and really cleans the air. while running off the battery suppose to shut off for 10 min every 2 hours. when plugged in it works for 8 hour then shuts off for 1/2 hour. if you leave it alone it does just that. this litte purifier is a powerhouse. it is very quiet so it may seem like it is not working. i had a lot of toxic smells in my room but with this unit they are gone. so i know it works
