    I bought this for my son to make his sausage. The day we got it he made 10 pounds of Budang. IT WORKS GREAT.

    I tried to grind my first piece of meat. 3.5 pounds of chuck. It COULD NOT grind the meat thoroughly. The grinder stopped multiple times and the hopped meat was full of stringy piece of TENDONS? or SILVERSKIN. This made the ground beef inedible without spitting out the pieces. I certainly cooed not serve the burgers to my family!!!! NO WAY

    love it. use it to rice potatoes when they are cold. i think it is very strong motor. this thing is super easy to clean. thats when i was truly sold.
