For once in a while use.

In order to thoroughly clean it, you need to take it apart with a screw driver. The blade is adjustable and can slice paper thin. When we tried to slice cheese, we had to go slower because the thickness of the cheese will stop the blade.

Great meat slicer

Not the best.

The slices were uneven as the blade would bend. It was not very sturdy. I returned this product.

Sad situation

Was delivered in original packing, not even in a box. The packing inside box was broken, we feel this was a returned item.

The slicer arrived with a serrated blade, not even what was pictured on the box. Slices are extremely uneven as the backstop flexes a lot with even light pressure on the pusher/guard.
