I've made several attempts to retrieve it and get a run around Everytime . So when shopping Best Buy be mindful of their promises .

Its so beautiful when i finally put the doors on . I also have the firplace and that made it even more lovely. Cant wait for the winter to turn it on and get cozy .

None of the back pieces fit correctly or line up with the holes. Wood on the back did not have holes so you had to drill your own. Had to throw all of the back pieces away because they did not fit and just hung off to the side. Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend. Will leave reviews for this product everywhere so people don’t waste their money. Was way too expensive for it not to function properly
