It needs a secret panel or something. It is quite sturdy thanks to the real wood and metal materials.

Assembly instructions were good and all the parts were there. The allen wrench a tad small for the tight spots that it was needed. Disappointed in the quality in that the laminate was coming loose on the right side of the top shelf. Not good to say the least especially as it was Xmas eve and I had the unit together before I noticed the quality issue. I had to make a repair with contact cement. No time to return it.

It took me about 2-3 hours to build it just because of that issue. Eventually just had to give it in while have two screws not completely all the way tightened. It’s nice but that was my only issue with this product.

I bought this for my new 55" Samsung SUHD to sit on, but the width of that is 48". So this is not going to work. I wish I knew the actual products specs differed from what Best Buy had online so that I could have purchased a stand for a 60" TV.

Inferior quality control operations

Additionally it is unbelievable that warehouse operations does not inspect units upon delivery. It would seem double labor costs must be unmonitored.
