    I love this device. It allows me to bring the TV up but not mount holes in the wall. I have already recommended this to 2 of my tenants so I don't have to patch holes in the wall after they move out.

    Great option for me than mounting to wall like all my other tv's. It looks great. The color pen is necessary for black to color in marks on finish.
