Basically told us "tough". Second, note that you have to assemble it. I thought it was already assembled or I wouldn't have purchased it. Third, missing a screw to one of the doors. You can't go into any old Home Depot and find a replacement. The console itself is nice.

Horrible customer service

Called manufacturer directly and they sent out hardware for slightly different model number, so I built it but it's a little off. It'll do for my kids room.

Unfortunately the legs on the TV sat right on the front and rear edges of the console, which was unacceptable as a slight bump would send my new TV crashing to the floor. I bought a wall mount and mounted my new TV on the wall, which i really didn't want to do. I also had a big problem with the assembly of this unit. The cam connectors, which are the pieces that are turned with a screwdriver to lock onto the cam bolt, are made of PLASTIC! I don't know how many I broke before I ended up going to Lowe's and spending $25 on metal cam connectors. Very disappointed in this Whalen console and I won't be buying any more of their products.

Not a Good Buy - Best Buy or Not

Got it in place,,put the 75' TV on it,, hooked it all up,,decided it needed to go back to the wall. I slowly moved it back one side and the bolts that hold the them with the U turn locks shifted in the Pressboard and the side collapsed breaking the pressboard . luckily someone was there to react and grab the TV. the right side collapsed and caused other bolts to bend away from the pressboard, he middles sections collapsed and there was no way to repair the shredded pressboard or even try to glue them back in. finished tearing it down and took it to the trash.
