The left side of the top panel was missing the pre-drilled holes to secure the panel on the left side. Just sent an email to see about the company sending a replacement panel since their quality control totally missed it!!! Otherwise, nice looking stand.

Open Box Review

Apparently when it says missing “common accessories,” that includes the screws needed to put the thing together. Had to go to and buy screws to put it together…not really worth it in my opinion. After affording that and putting it together, I noticed DVDs are just a shy bit too tall to fit vertically on the shelves…blu rays fit fine but DVD cases don’t… If I didn’t put so much work into piecing this together I would have returned it. But definitely wouldn’t buy again.

We are sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory experience with our unit; sometimes manufacturer discontinued items are put back into stock by the retailer and that is out of our control. The opening between the shelves is 7.25 inches, however if pushed back just pass the opening, DVD's will fit vertically. I had to notify manufacturer for replacement. It will take 7-10 days for order. None assembled tv stand in my front room Very disappointed. Appears to well built and heavy duty minus the set back.

One shelf was 1/4" too long, the other was 1/8" too long and the edge was not lined up with the rear of the metal frame. The shelf come pre-assembled, so why wasn't it caught? I had to use a power saw to cut them down to size and to re-drill the screw holes on the second wood shelf. Full assembly took a full day. I had two bolts left over, one 5/8" and one 1". The holes in the Spine were basically useless as they would not allow cables to be dressed inside the Spine cavity. I did not use the Cable wheels to wrap cables as layering them one upon another will complicate removing them in the future, say, to move, or replace, a component. The Stopper positioning was perfect for my LG 60" Plasma TV.
