    Whalen needs to improve their QC and QA. One shelf was 1/4" too long, the other was 1/8" too long and the edge was not lined up with the rear of the metal frame. The shelf come pre-assembled, so why wasn't it caught? I had to use a power saw to cut them down to size and to re-drill the screw holes on the second wood shelf. Full assembly took a full day. I had two bolts left over, one 5/8" and one 1". The holes in the Spine were basically useless as they would not allow cables to be dressed inside the Spine cavity. I did not use the Cable wheels to wrap cables as layering them one upon another will complicate removing them in the future, say, to move, or replace, a component. The Stopper positioning was perfect for my LG 60" Plasma TV.
