Some CDs of his have a party style, but you have to look at the perspective of what this CD is doing. It is more well written and laid back. Its good windows down, slow driving in the car and not caring about the rest of the world in the summer, or good background music while chilling on the beach or by the pool. Its not my favorite album, but still good. Check out "I Go Back" as a sample somewhere. Not bad and the CD is priced very fairly as its been out a13+ years.
