This is the best microwave I have ever bought. It is affordable, robust, and beautiful.

So far so good. I like the microwave and have no complaints.

It's a small microwave that has enough power to cook most dishes. Although you can't manually set the cooking time you can use the power button and the + and - to set it in increments of 5 seconds.

The size is right. The functionality is difficult to navigate minus an actual keypad. Many of the buttons serve multiple purposes and that’s not fun to navigate. It’s basically impossible to remember all the sequences to make something happen without getting the manual out. Not intuitive. If I used a microwave for more than warming up leftovers, I would not keep this. When I figure out how to cook a pot of rice for 10 mins., I might warm up to this thing.

Good size for what we need. We didn’t realize the microwave lacked 10key buttons and only had preset times and you can add 30second intervals. We kept it anyways and it’s been good so far.

Works great so far. We’ve only had the microwave a month or so. Also, not heavy microwave users. We use it to heat a plate of food, melt butter, etc.

I love the performance of this product. It jis a bit cumbersome or non-intuitive.

The microwave is a perfect fit for my kitchen, and I hardly use a microwave to cook just a quick warm up.

Thrilled with this microwave. Looks chic in the black, not too large and most importantly my elderly mother does not need to take a course to learn how to use it. It is extremely easy to use but looks great. I think it's good value for money, it is a shame that after doing my research I could not find it on the Best Buy shop floor. It was in a brown box and the staff said they had never seen it. Such an attractive product should be on display and I am glad I persevered to find it in the store as had checked stocks before driving to Best Buy.

Great microwave for a small office. We have a few people in the office that use it daily.

Decent appliance--but we cancelled the alerts as being too loud and, although there's no way to act on it, the digital display is much too bright.

Completely lost all power. It was plugged in to a breaker switch socket. I tried pushing the breaker switch on and off. I checked the breaker box for my kitchen and plugging it into other sockets. Plus the plug works fine I tried it with a lamp. The microwave plug was warm after it went off suddenly. I hadn't used the microwave all day. I set the microwave to heat something up and it just suddenly lost power. It's 3 months past the 1 year warranty. I've had it for 15 months. Into the e-waste pile it goes.
