Worst Microwave Ever

It has been doing the same thing since we first purchased it - the door has a mechanical issue that prevents the door from opening but instead makes a sound as if there are mechanical wheels turning and failing. Also, after a few months of using it, the numbers on the inside melted and are ruined.
