I’ve verified it’s not an electrical issue both the plug and circuit are good but microwave has no power. The only help I have gotten from whirlpool on this issue is to schedule a local service tech to determine if it falls under warranty with the caveat that I could be responsible for technician fees in this determination. I think if a product last less than a year they would fix the issue or replace the product. I’m glad I discovered how poorly they stand behind their products before I purchased my double oven, I will be buying another brand. Sad to see that the quality of their products isn’t what it once was and of limited customer service. I couldn’t talk to anyone other than a customer service rep and they wouldn’t provide any other contact info for me to discuss the issue with in fact they just ended the chat. I’d advise to purchase a microwave from another manufacturer.

The first one had rust stains so I had the replaced. The second one had buttons that were not functioning. It took a third one to get a fully working one with no cosmetic issues. Once you get a good one, it works well.

It takes about twice as long to heat things as our old microwave did (before it broke) This works fine, just heats more slowly which is frustrating.
