have been using this for about 1 month, and so far no problems love the low profile so that my tall pans can fit on my stovetop, also quiet fan and there isn't anything I can't fit inside. great purchase, good price...also Whirpool is made by Kitchenaid so no need to go with the pricier model from Kitchenaid.

My old microwave took a lot of space on my kitchen counter and this solved the issue. Love how compact it is and it doubles as a exhaust, which is awesome!

Normally I do not write reviews. I am so happy when someone does because, as a buyer, I find them very helpful. I bought this microwave because it was the only one the fit my space. It fits beautifully. The controls are very awkward. You must make your selection only when the door is open. The wire rack that supports the glass plate does not stay in place, forcing the plate to slip.

I love to shop on Best Buy, they have the best deals on appliances, we have purchased all our appliances and televisions and have never had an issues with them.

We were looking to replaced our older countertop microwave and very old range hood but did not want to modify or change our existing cabinet over our range. This unit was the answer! Lower height allows good looking installation results, works very well, multi-speed fan, 2 stage light, large enough for almost all usage except very tall containers (which we do not have).

Love the Microwave. Also came with a quick and clean and easy installation.

Low profile microwave allows a lot more room above the stove

The compact microwave is perfect for our kitchen renovation due to its low profile. Looks great. Only have a couple of concerns. The cook/program controls are inside the door (which does provide for a modern sleek look) but is different enough that it is quite a pain until you get used to it. Also there is no way to adjust the volume on the alarm for timer and end-of-cook cycles (I checked with Whirlpool). The tone is very low and difficult to hear. Really my biggest complaint.

Excellent microwave if you have cabinets above the stove.

I just bought a new house and it didn’t have a built in microwave. There is very little counter space so I felt that this was my only alternative. It’s great! It perfectly fit in the existing space for the range hood. It took a handyman all of about 15 mins to install.

Perfect size microwave for a small apartment. We own a three family house with my mother on the second floor and My aunt & uncle on the third floor. That leaves us in the basement apartment. We all get along and we love to cook and eat The microwave completed a renovation in our apartment & we love it. Thanks Best Buy!!

Works well as an above range vent and microwave. Only wish it wouldn't have a touchscreen button to open door.

I love whirlpool! This microwave saves so much space

This microwave hood combinations is very sleek, and saves an incredible amount of space above the stove. There are 2 vents on each side of the hood, and they are reusable! Easy to remove and clean. No need to purchase filters!

My microwave died and needed to be replaced. This one looks so nice in my kitchen and meets my needs as I only use it to heat frozen foods or to warn up leftovers. It also makes a lovely chiming sound when the cycle completes. Kudos to Whirlpool's design team for making such a pretty microwave. I love it!
