This is absolutely perfect for what I needed. It fits perfectly over my range with just the right height between the bottom of the microwave to the range. If you use the microwave for large items, this will not work. I love how it frees up space on my counter.

Great microwave. I have an old house with limited counter space, so this was mounted above my range. Great features, and great value- the 30s add time button is basically all I use now. Would recommend.

This is a great Whirlpool microwave for our one bedroom condo with limited counter space. Used to have a countertop model, but this is ideal for an over the range model because it gives enough clearance between the range and the bottom of the microwave to meet safety codes. Also it works great and is very quiet.

This microwave is a cooks’ dream; and the best asset to have in a family kitchen. It’s very quiet. The chime is loud enough to hear but soft enough to not annoy. It’s sleek and has a minimalist feel-fits into the decor well!

So far, so good.. Works well, quiet operation, really like the automatic opening door feature. Installation was a little tricky, definitely have to mount on studs, it was heavier than we planned, but overall very pleased.

This microwave fits my needs perfectly. The low profile fit space constraints in my small kitchen. The hidden time buttons and sleek look are trendy as well. Had Best Buy install it for us and it went super smoothly.

This is a great low profile range. Gives you so much more space under the stove then most. When you think of it how often do you use the entire height of your microwave? Still plenty of room. Also has a great streamlined profile.

We bought this model because we didn't have room under our cabinets for a full sized microwave over the stove/range. It fit perfectly and was not difficult to install. It works like a charm and looks great over a Whirlpool stainless steel range,

Microwaves fast and evenly. Easy to operate. Has a nice signal when finished. It sits high enough, I can lift the grates on my whirlpool gas range for cleaning. My husband had a hard time fitting it to the space above the range. I don't know if it was the size or the way our upper cabinets were installed.

Great for price good quality and easy to use would recommend to a friend.

This microwave was purchased and installed over the range. It looks good so far in limited use, it performed well. Our previous microwave was a countertop.

The appliance is great, however the instructions don't tell you that the bracket to mount the microwave on the wall is also the template you need to mark where you drill the mounting holes in the cabinet. The instructions get no stars.

18-months in and this unit completely powered down. Long story short it has a door opening mechanism that if it gets stuck will blow the fuse. I’ve seen a ton of videos online about it but sadly due to poor build quality this unit will be a forever problem. Sadly appliances don’t have lemon laws.

We needed something low profile given our space and how high the grates swing up to clean on the range below, and this really has fit the bill. More features than any previous microwave I have owned, and so far I haven't found it was too slim for anything I have wanted to put in it.

A full size over the range microwave sit too close the the range top. The low profile is perfect. It does stick out farther than a full size but it hasn't been an issue. Instruction manual is poor, doesn't explain anything on how to operate it. C'mon Whirlpool! Also it's more expensive than a full size. But if you are in a tight space, your options are limited.

Installation time and crew were efficient. It looks nice and easy to use! It will be great if it comes with buttons light.

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for an existing one that was old, loud, and losing functionality. The existing microwave was also too large and took up too much space above the range. The new microwave saves space and is quiet and works well. The only negative is the location of the button selections behind the door.

I love the fact that it is 10” tall and it has all the features you would want. I had it installed by Best Buy so that part was a breeze for me. Highly recommend, it is worth the higher cost. It was exactly what I needed for over my stove to replace a 30 year old GE microwave.
