Installed on 12/23/2020. Product includes separate booklets for install and end user instructions - which is great. Install took about 4 hrs. Regarding the microwave itself ... The audio confirm, e.g. done warming a food item, is too high pitched and barely audible. It's probably fine for someone under 30 ... but not so over 50. Two other disappointments with this microwave: 1. Control panel is NOT backlit... meaning you'll need to turn on a supplemental light if kitchen is dark; 2. Power level is weaker than expected... takes 90 seconds to warm up a dish that would take only 60 seconds with my old microwave. Aside from the above items ... it looks great.

My new 1.1 cu ft whirlpool microwave is beautiful and was easy to install. Only negative is that when it’s done cooking the bell is Inaudible.

I have been partial to low profile microwaves. There is no reason to make them so big. I got this on sale at $320 too. I am very happy with it.

Controls are simple and with the lower profile, I can now actually see the controls on the back of my range without stooping. It’s just tall enough inside for a grande cup. The end chime is pleasant, but my wife can’t hear it (good and bad) and it plays 4 times even if you open the door/hit stop.

We bought this Over-the-Range Microwave recently and enjoying it so far. The reason we bought this because of its low profile to have more clearance. It was designed very smartly for extra space. Only minor issue is that it needs a little more power, because it takes longer time to heat, but it is worth it for the 30 second extra wait.

This is a nice streamlined microwave. So far works well. Its pertty basic and easy to use. Would recommend.

Good microwave. The shorter height works great over the stove giving you more space for larger pots! The controls are easy to operate and pretty straightforward! The only complaint so far is that the turntable seems to get disconnected from the drive mechanism easily. Seems to be related to the depth of the groove on the floor of the microwave where the wheels ride to keep it in line. Other than that, it does the job.

Save space, sleek design, with lots of room, well designed to cool medium and small dishes.

It looks good and seems well made. The vent fan is a bit loud but works well and the filters are easy to change. The system for installing the unit is well designed. After watching a few utubes, the install was pretty easy. The edges of the mounting bracket are sharp, and I cut my finger twice. The surface does show a lot of fingerprints. We like the low profile but were surprised by the fact that it sticks out from the wall almost 3" farther than the other units we looked at, it was also more expensive, so hopefully, it lasts longer. Time will tell.

So far a great microwave. Replaced standard size microwave hood that left little distance above the stop top. Easy to install, went much smoother than I expected. Seems to function well, especially the vent fans seem better than my old hood.

Looks Good, small compact style fits well in area where previous one was.

The microwave works great othee than we had to get Whirlpool to replace the control panel after 2 months of use. Did some research and this seems to happen alot

Exhaust fan on the initial microwave installed didn't work. It was replaced quickly and the replacement works perfectly. Performance rating is 4 stars because of the initial unit's malfunction.

Nice modern looking microwave. Reasoning for the 4 stars is that the depth does stick out pretty far. Also not sure if it happened through shipping but the frame was bent up where it needs to mount to the cabinets. It shouldn’t be that easy to bend the way it was. We were able to straighten up enough to mount.

So far, so good, for this simple, no-frills, over-the-range microwave. My dissatisfaction relates to two aspects: (1) The noise level of both the oven and the hood vent fan; while not raucous, neither is quiet. Even when the vent fan is on low, the noise level is high enough to interfere with conversation. (2) The less than satisfactory illumination provided by the hood light.

After a couple of service calls, and supply chain issues on parts, we were able to get a replacement free of charge. The first one was definitely a lemon; the new one has been perfect for over 2 months! More roomy than outer size looks.

Microwave looks amazing in my kitchen. It was fairly easy for me to install, but the instruction were a nightmare. Also you must install if you do not already have one, an outlet in the cabinet above the location of the install.

I bought this for the smaller footprint aspect and yes it’s quite small but the microwave seems not as strong as my old one. I’m assuming it’s because it’s energy efficient. I needed a new one and got it on sale, so worth to me.

We needed a new microwave and went in looking for a countertop. We walked out with an over the range. Glad we did, it looks good and opens up the countertop.

Nice for a low profile microwave. I like having more space on the stovetop. Few things. It only has one vent pick up underneath and it’s located towards the back of the unit closer to the wall so doesn’t pick up steam from front burners very well. Also, if using the timer, can’t seem to also heat stuff up simultaneously. Overall happy as I wanted the space. Works well for heating foods.
