So far so good. Had the machine for about a month now. Definitely not for a household of more than 2 people. A little noisy, but overall my too disturbing. good unit for a small space

Love it. Washer is extremely quiet. Holds more than my last washer dryer of the same size. Dryer dries fast and handles a larger load.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The washer is VERY noisy when it spins and does not spin fast enough to get the clothes feeling dry, they still feel quite damp when the cycle is complete, which I'm sure makes the dryer have to work harder. In addition, the agitation of the washer twists the clothing so everything comes out very twisted, like you'd twist a washcloth to get all the water out, even on the delicate cycle. So make sure you smooth the items out before drying or hanging up. I had a Whirlpool technician come out to check that the washer is working properly and he told me that this is how this washer is supposed to work: spin speed, top-load agitation motion and that the level of noise is normal. The dryer is not as noisy but does not have a signal when the cycle is done. I would not recommend this to a friend but it is very hard to find a stackable washer-dryer that will fit in the small space in a condo. I'm stuck with this now for at least a few years.

LOVE THE WINDOW ON THE WASHER. LOVE ALL THE CHOICES ON THE DRYER. WOULD HAVE LOVED MORE EXPLANATION OF THE OPERATION OF THE WASHER AND DRYER.

The washer dryer center works good. It is fairly quiet, and fits into a small space. The absence of a center agitator gives you a little bit more room for the wash load than it would otherwise have for a similar size unit with the center agitator.

This is truly the least appreciated appliance purchase of the compact stacked washer and dryer for me. So cheaply made for a household appliance. Mini loads of wash & dry. Settings are limited and somewhat noisy.

I’m satisfied with the washer and dryer. My only complaint is the capacity. There are a few other options with the very same dimensions with bigger capacity. I would definitely pick one of them
