We have rust stains on practically new expensive carpet. I have tried to reach the salesperson and the manager to ask who we should reach out to for assistance and neither has responded back to me . Very disappointing.

Spin Cycle unreasonably LOUD

The spin cycle is unreasonably LOUD. I would think there would be some rule on how loud a washer could be. It does have more room because the agitator has been removed which the previous version had. The washer has electric buttons instead of knobs. I’m wondering how those buttons would be repaired. I do not recommend this washer/dryer if you have a bigger space and can look at other choices. The noise is at a very annoying pitch.

If you need help at Best Buy I’d suggest asking him. Btw if you want this washer/dryer know two things: 1: The washer barrel is on the smaller side so you will need to do multiple loads if you have bulky laundry. 2: It is very user-friendly and washes and dries its loads very quickly and efficiently. If you are single or there are just 2 people that are going to use it. I would recommend this product to you.
