Washes clothes beautifully but the dryer takes longer than expected to dry. Somewhat quiet and great fit in my condo. After going through the stack units, kept leaking on me, I got this one for half price and works so much better

I love this washer/dryer! Washer measures the load size and adjusts accordingly, love that! Quieter than my previous one. Dryer does the same, but is much hotter, so the clothes dry faster, love that!

Hook-up was simple. Fit in tight space perfectly. Works great.

Great washer and dryer. The washer is a little loud but it does the job. The dryer takes long let time then I'd like to dry the cloths but it gets the job done. I have a tiny space and a 110 plug so I don't have many to pick from. Plus it's an upgrade from what we had.

I purchased this unit for a small guest cottage on our farm. It's on it's own septic system so it's important to keep it active. I've been trying to do that and so far so good. I The unit has a small wash barrel without a central agitator, but that allows for more clothing and a less vicious wash. I recommend it for low usage.

Works well had to repair within the first month due to the magnet on the washer coming loose after it was fixed it has given us no problem since I would recommend this item.

Works well - it is a replacement from a previous old whirlpool stackable washer-dryer.

Overall, the customer service delivery was excellent! However, the appliance’s came with a dent, one on the side of washing matching and one under the handle of the dishwasher! The dents were not there when I saw them in the store on the shop floor!

Nice practical little small 120 volt is a great help

Purchased to replace a similar unit in a tiny studio loft. Nice upgrade from the outdated unit. Same footprint but an updated interface and quieter operation.

Washer stopped working in 9 months at spin cycle. Needs repair

Problems with door since we got this one. Issues with having it fixed. beware

A complete disaster. First you sent me a gas washer, took it back and then you sent me an electric one that ran on 220 volts, when I have 110 volts. Then you offered a 110 volts model, I said yes, and a couple of days later you informed me it was not available. The overall rating should be zero stars.

Works great fits nicely would definitely buy it again!

First, the washer dryer broke down within the first year, I am on the phone now with BestBuy to schedule a repair as the unit does not power on. Second, I paid BestBuy to deliver and install. BestBuy completely messed up the installation. 1st BestBuy tech without opening the box told me to replace my electric outlet. After I paid an electrician to replace the outlet. The next BestBuy tech opened the box and told me the previous outlet was the correct one. I then had to pay the electrician again to undo/revert back the outlet. I ended up with $500 extra cost purely due to BestBuy's mistakes. I then ask BestBuy for reimbursement and BestBuy said they can only provide me a $50 gift card. I wish I could provide a zero star on this review on the product and BestBuy's service.

The laundry area in my home can only accommodate a washer and dryer of 24-inches wide. My previous set was a Whirlpool and it was a trooper, lasting nearly 11 years. I am looking forward to using the new model.
