The microwave looks great and performs very well. We also like several of the cook settings. We bought the microwave over the Thanksgiving sale, and it is fantastic value. Best Buy offered seamless and outstanding installation service. The quality of this microwave is excellent

It was easy to install on the wall. Stainless steel matches stove and dishwasher. Works easy and heats food good.

At first I was happy with this microwave but after a year, I cannot say I would purchase it again. The first issue I have had is the light underneath the unit does not light up the stove top very well. I ended up removing the light cover and that helped that situation greatly. I originally purchased this microwave because it had three exhaust fan speeds and I was hoping it would pull the steam from cooking much better with the flexibility of the different speeds. That is where I have been majorly disappointed. The fan is a joke. Unless you only cook on the back burners of your cooktop, anything you boil on the front burners of the cooktop only steams up the front of the microwave and even drips off the microwave door onto your cook pot and into the pans you are using which is not much fun. I am so disappointed in that aspect of the unit that I am ready to pull it out completely and put in a regular exhaust vented out the roof and just do without a microwave. The previous cheap microwave I had before installing this one actually worked much better. I guess something just could be wrong with the microwave I purchased, but if others have experienced this, I did not see a lot written about in the reviews before I made my decision to purchase this particular one. The microwave performs okay except for the exhaust and the light issues which are major for me because I cook a lot and usually use at least three of my cooktop burners and really need the larger ones most of the time which unfortunately are in front.

Attractive and nice product. Easy to clean and sliver polish is really good.

We love our new microwave and are enjoying testing out its sensing options. It is also quiet and the beeping when finished is not annoying like our old one. The clock is hard to see from a distance because the blue light is hard to focus on, but it's not too bad. Everything we've cooked so far has been great!

Happy with size, figures, keypad, color, keypad and cost. I paid for BB installation which was easy and worth it. It was in and working within 2 days of online purchase.

Very nice microwave , it has a good sturdy feel to it and it has cooked everything that we have tried really well. The reheat chart doesn't cover as much as our old unit but it's still very acceptable and seems to be accurate. It is a great looking microwave and adds a nice look to our kitchen. All in all we are very happy with this purchase.

After spending a day of reviewing and comparing microwave models I decided to give this model a try, I can honestly say its been great having it in my home. The ease of use and leaning the multiple functions has made cooking/warming/baking a lot easer these days. I highly recommend this product foe anyone who doesn't want spend two and three hundred dollars for a product that doesn't do what it advertises! I love it!

Larger size, heats evenly. Only negative is the symbols on buttons, you have to read manual to known what they mean.

I love this product I had the exact product before when I bought my home a couple years ago except it fell off the wall recently, so this is just a replacement. If you want to buy a good microwave this a good product.

Bought to replace an aging microwave that was falling apart. Wanted one that was the same dimensions, this one was. Gave us stainless look upgrade to match the kitchen. Has lots of new features and sounds. So far working greatm

firs couple of weeks of usage all is good...noticed two small holes on the right sice of the internal wall...called and nobody was able to tell me anything...needed to go to the store to verify other whirlpool product and some of them have the same holes...less skeptical I understood that are from the OEM and most likely for t=a different humidity sensor. will follow up later on...
