    This is a good unit. All the functionality are easy to use. The sensing sensor prevents your food from over heating

    I returned an LG model and purchased this one. It does have a night light, which I I wanted/needed and a timer. The display is still not readily visible in the dark. I asked the installer and he said they were all like that. Also the light is very far back on the unit.

    The most frustrating part of the transaction was waiting 45 minutes to an hour for a person to help me. He was there by himself had three people in front of me I was the fourth one waiting. But when he was able it went quickly he helped me choose a product and He got me a good delivery date and time frame. The person who delivered and installed the microwave was very professional neat and clean.

    It was reasonably priced, has great features and is aesthetically pleasing. Needed somw Youtube University to help with the installation, but overall it was pretty easy to get it up and running.

    Microwave is perfect, only issue was installation. First attempt showed up with the installers and the item was dented on the front and side, no hardware and no paperwork. Had to wait another week with no microwave. They removed my old one to install new but when they couldn't since it was apparently not new, they wouldn't put my old one back up. They stated they were not allowed to install used equipment. Really, they just took it down.
