Very simple to operate. Meets my expectations on each functions.

Was almost an exact replacement for an older microwave that had failed. Didn't have to remove the mounting bracket. Works great and the teflon interior seems to be very easy to keep clean.

The unit has everything you’d expect from a good microwave. The exhaust fan even works and lines up where the old duct was. The exhaust fan goes on automatically if the temp from the stovetop is too high. And Best Buy made delivery easy! We are happy with this purchase.

Purchased old appliances with all new Whirlpool. I like the features of this unit but the first microwave died within the first year and was covered under warrantee. The replacement lasted 4 years. So if you like disposable microwaves this is the unit for you. Replaced the Whirlpool fridge 3 times before I got one that worked.

I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago, but hadn’t used it. I reheated pizza today and loved the fact that once I hit “reheat,” it gave me several options and pizza was one of them - then it asked me how many slices. The pizza came out PERFECT!! I can’t wait to use it again.

This microwave was a replacement for an old one that served its purpose. For the price it has all the basic features but I have to say it has a great finish and looks nicer than what the price suggests. Does it's job as supposed while having nice and simple controls.

Works well, except not sure how to easily defrost bread. No express time cook buttons. Other buttons are excellent. Looks good,

Steam feature is a game changer I love it and would recommend

Thus is our second purchase for this microwave. The previous one we had for some years and the latch eventually broke off so we decided to go with the sane grand and model just updated version. Workday as great as the one previous. Heads evenly with no complaints!

Heats as quickly and evenly as any microwave I've used. The vent feature works fine. It's worth paying for installation; it's not really all that complicated once you know what to do, but it took me 4 hrs to be sure I wasn't messing up. There is no room for error when installing this thing.

Bought this to replace a samsuck microwave that was less than 4 years old. So far I am very happy with my new whirlpool, it is very basic and does the job well. My only complaint is the LCD screen on it is hard to read from any distance.

Just what we expected in microwave function. Sloppy installation 1st Saturday October 2023. Hopefully better installation November 7, 2023.

Looks fantastic, works great . Fan and heating is quite quiet. I don’t need a lot of functions and this one has several more than the old one I had. This microwave is not cheap but on sale and with all the positive reviews I had to get it. I wanted a quality unit and got it.

Arrived promptly. Know ijs great. Worth the purchase

Works well, our GE lasted less than 2 years. Will have to see how it performs. The reason we choose this one was the in our old house we had a Westinghouse and it gave us no trouble at all and was working well when we moved after 9 years.

Works great... easy to follow installation instructions

Great microwave! The only thing that’s missing is the ability to press 1 and it starts for a minute or 2 for 2 minutes, etc. You have to actually press the cook time or continue to add 30 seconds.

No more fingerprints! I wished i'd upgraded sooner.

Very good microwave and it has several warnings sound that the food is ready.
