We bought this microwave because our old one stopped working and it matched our other appliances. This was easy for my husband to install and runs great. It is a little noisy when it is running.

Shipping to Hawaii was quick. Ordered it on Wed. received it Mon. Follow instructions, installation no problem. Two-man job over the range microwave. Need correct tools, drill, hole saw to push plug through.

I have no complaints with the quality of the microwave. It performs as we expected from a microwave. The issue I had was when it came to mounting the microwave. We live in an older home and do not have conventional cabinet layouts. This microwave is designed to be anchored at the top by over the range cabinets which we do not have in our home. Therefore I had to create my own anchoring system for the top of the microwave. One minus, the exhaust fan runs when microwaving and is rather noisy.

We’ve been using this microwave for about a week, and it’s working well. It has a very small turntable relative to the interior of the microwave, which is odd, but not problematic so far. Also, I wish it had the “one-touch start” feature of older microwaves, where touching the “1” immediately turned on the oven for one minute, but it doesn’t.

Great price great product and easy to use and looks great after it is installed, just try to match it with the stove so it looks better

We really like this microwave. The sensor buttons actually work---i used the sensor option to make baked potatoes, and they turned out perfectly. Also easy to clean.
