    I purchased the microwave on 4/27/24 and I’m still waiting on its arrival …..what’s the problem …..almost a month later ….someone please give me some understanding or refund my money

    I am so glad I got this over the range microwave, instead of a range vent hood! The vent fan is adjustable for wall or ceiling venting! I love the light for over my stove top.

    Nice microwave, easy to install but template could be better istead of using the box. Works well but random smudges of grease end up on the inner frame

    Sometimes when I close the door the Micro wave will not start. It says door on front. It was totally closed but I open it and reclose it and it works. There must be something wrong with the latch. I hope it doesn't get worse. This does not make me very happy.
