    This microwave replaces a Samsung that had electronic issues. The door latches had to be replaced on the Samsung. Finally, the motherboard blew after only 7 years. This microwave looks great and has excellent versatile features. It has a steaming feature and pleasant tones when finished cooking. Great power and it's reliability is touted by those who own it in reviews.

    Works great. Only thing, it doesn’t have that setting of pressing the #1 (2 or 3) and then it instantly goes to 1 minute (or 2 or 3) of cooking

    I am giving a average overall rate because the microwave was a good price, but the installation was not. Technician did not protect my glass top stove while doing the installation. Debrie felt on my stove and floor. Technician did not bring his vacuum, and reached for mine without permission. I had to provide a hand vacuum to clean up the mess.
