    This thing is huge. It's a beast. That's the pro...very solid. The cons are that it does not come with presets. That's on me. I should have checked. You can set by time but no 1, 2 or 3 minute pre-sets. It does have a butter melt function as well as defrost. Overall, solid microwave. That's why I would recommend it-ish. Just wished I would have paid attention for presets.

    I switched up to the whirlpool brand and haven’t been disappointed yet. I had a Samsung and it was the worse. I don’t believe in there product anymore. Switching to whirlpool. About to get rid of my fridge next.

    Bought this when it went on sale for a great price and does exactly what a microwave needs to do! Stainless looks great with the rest of my appliances. The only downfall is the front panel seems to rattle the slightest bit bit if I just push on it while it’s in use it stops.

    Researched features/values/reviews on lots of over the range microwaves, and this one hit the "sweet spot". Then, it went on sale! Had delivery and install done by Best Buy - that went without any problems - fast and professional. Really enjoying the new microwave, especially like the silver non-stick coating on the inside. Full of features I haven't used yet - but so far, on the normal "heating stuff up and popping popcorn" this has been GREAT.
