I can fix it, but poor quality compared to old model. The real problem is the sheet metal cosmetic defect. Whirlpool said they won't do anything for me unless a third-party repairman comes out to look. So, now I have to inconvenience myself further to go through a repairman rather than someone at Whirlpool simply looking at the images? I'll be posting this on all retailer sites to stay away from Whirlpool products.

I think I could actually cook at turkey in this thing! Only thing I don't like so far is that the temp is so high that my oatmeal bubbles up and overflows and I have to keep heating it in 30 second increments. Can't figure out how to do it any other way.
