    When my old OTR microwave stopped working I went looking for a durable replacement. Found it in this model. Looks great with our other black appliances. My only criticism is that the metal rack could be a little bit higher up inside the microwave. I find it keeps getting in the way when I try to put something on the turntable.

    I purchased this unit to replace the same exact unit purchased 10 years ago. I thought it would be a simple swap. It wasn't. Whirlpool changed the swing of the door so now the door was singing out enough to hit the wall next to the installation. It's next to the oven. So, we had to return this unit and go on a search for a different unit that would work for us. Ended up with a Frigidaire at Lowes.
