It was installed on 12/7 and worked great for 3 days. It started sparking and shorted out. I had to uninstall it and drag it back to Best Buy on 12/10 where we exchanged it for a new one. Installed it that day. That one worked great for 9 days this time, and now the turntable doesn't turn. Hey, it tripled the record held by the first one so I guess I should be happy. It had such great reviews and I somehow I get two that can't function. I'm not trying a third.

After the install though it was has been great. Looks good above the stove. The light is not as bright and doesn't cover as much as our previous one but its still good.

Otherwise, it's a perfectly functional microwave, cooks well. The access is designed lower than our previous machine, making it easier to place larger dishes inside. The under-mount light looks great and lights up the stove wonderfully.

My wife thinks it's louder than our previous one but that doesn't bother use. It does not have quick setting (1-4 minutes). Also, the thin blue digits are much harder to read. I could read our old machine from across the room. Overall, it's been just fine.
