    This was a replacement for the original microwave in a rental. Heavy use. The one issue was the depth was 1-2 inch lower, less clearance to stove. The correct one was special order. It is working fine.

    So far so good. I switched to the Whirlpool 1.7 Over-the-range microwave after after the GE model I previously had didn't even last two years. I have a big family and heavy microwave use is a given in my house. Let's see if the Whirlpool can outlast the GE.

    I only have GE and Whirlpool appliances, this is a decent unit for the price however door seems flimsy when opening and closing

    Pretty good microwave oven. I purchased this based on Consumer Reports indication of High Reliability. Unfortunately, it does not contain some of the Features of my previous GE microwave oven. Specifically, 1) timed defrost, 2) rack, 3) single-button controls for 1, 2, and 3 minute cooking.

    I wanted a microwave without a bunch of bells and whistles because we mainly use it just to reheat food and cook veggies. This seems to do the trick. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, so I can't say if it's going to cause any problems. The price was right and it looks like a keeper!
