I had to replace our microwave oven and found the whirlpool at best buy. The service man that came was punctual and professional also cleaned everything up after his installation. Thank you best buy.

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

This unit replaces one that micro had burned out. The overall cost was less than repairing the old one.

Exactly what I was looking for. I took a picture of my old microwave and model number etc and Best Buy employee new exactly what I wanted. Built in microwave with exhaust fan. Really impressed with the knowledge of employees

Installation was a little tricky, but with two people easily completed. operation is good, although it has a feature, that won't allow to preset a cooking time and leave it to be turned on later.

We purchased this as a replacement for our old microwave. We’ve only had it a couple weeks, but it looks good and does what we need it to do! We mainly use it to reheat Or basic cooking. So far, so good.

After our Samsung microwave broke down for the 3rd time. We bought this one. So far happy!

Its a great microwave. Bought a LG and it lasted for just over a year. Hopefully this one lasts longer

This is new and installed ( although not correctly) in a property that we are selling. I assume it will work. This purchase and installation is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an appliance/business. I would really like Best Buy to contact me about this. Every time I call….. the person hangs up.

We don’t particularly care for it. The microwave we had prior (came with our home), so with all of the good reviews we decided on this one. You CANNOT leave the rack in the microwave THAT COMES WITH IT because it is a fire hazard....& ours almost caught on fire. The microwave we had before didn’t have these issues, so this was new. Our sensors weren’t working properly(this is in less than a months time), so we had to call in to have someone come check it out. The service was unprofessional, and they said it was our ‘sensors’ went out and had to be replaced. Did that, and it’s still not stopping when ‘sensing’. Extremely disappointed.
