    Works like a charm. When it came time to replace my previous Whirlpool microwave, of course I went with Whirlpool again. This model isn't quite as quiet as my previous one but it's exactly what we were looking for and we're very happy with the purchase.

    We are happy this fits in our house. It was a little scary when they had to drill bigger holes to install it. It was nice to have it done and installed. We are glad the plate spins and so forth. A very nice microwave.

    So far, this has been a great over the range microwave. The vent suction does not work very well for the front part of the range, but the back of the range suction is fine. The other features that I have used I good.

    Good microwave, closely matches my previous one. Just hope this one lasts longer then the previous one did at 3.5 years. No issues so far. Defrosts and heats food well and evenly.

    I picked up the entire set for a house that I renovated. The set looks great and put that extra finish in the kitchen. The stainless looks amazing and the new owners loved it.

    Open Box Buyer Beware! Very nice microwave however, it was missing the turntable roller. Purchased as an open box, but was told all parts were included. Frustrating!

    Appliance itself is fine. Just don’t understand a $200 install charge for replacing, taking 2 men less than 10 minutes. Even understanding part is probably for disposal of old one.

    We purchased this microwave a couple of weeks ago and it has been great. We love it. Looks great and cooks fast. I've installed a few Microwaves over the years and this time thought I'd let bestbuy do it. They installed fast and did a great job.
