Damaged microwave

During 2nd visit team was not prepared to remove damaged unit, thus I removed so i would not have to schedule 3rd appointment.

For whatever reason, the over-the-range light is placed to the rear of unit. This provides little useful light on the burner portion of the range beneath. If it weren’t for the time and effort to install this microwave, it would have been returned.
