This is not a 'fancy' microwave, but it does the job well. We don't cook much in it - mainly heating up - and it's easy to use. The best part is that the door does not need to be slammed in order to close it as many do. Great microwave for the price and it looks great, too!

This is my second Whirlpool over the range Microhood. I ordered it because the first one did a fine job and lasted quite a while. However this new model as a few things that are not the greatest - when you close the door to the microwave it is really LOUD - it sounds as if you are slamming it shut and the beeper for when the cook time is done is an awful sound a very loud tinny sound - I never thought to check that out - not even sure show rooms have them plugged in for you to check that out and the old model was not that way. So far the actual cooking process works great.

The first one installed died the second day, actually the first time I used it. Took another 2 weeks to replace it. So there’s that. Otherwise it works good, does what it should.

Absolutely love this microwave, it makes a great addition to our whirlpool kitchen appliance set.

Perfect size, I enjoy the reheat function. We have try it and it works very well.

We replaced an over-the-stove microwave that was 9 years old. We purchased the same make and comparable model. The new microwave does not seem to be as substantially built as the previous one. The door seems hollow when closed. It works fine so far.

This product has been magnificent in my house, we are all happy.

Solid microwave. The light on the bottom side went out fairly quickly but was an easy replacement. Would recommend this microwave to others.

We have no complaints about this microwave. The one it replaced was also a Whirlpool, which had served us well for about 27 years. The only issue is that the beep sound on this one is apparently a little louder than on the old one we had, and our cat doesn't like it, so we have used the procedure to silence it.

Easy to install and economical. Functionality was the key for me.

We replaced our KitchenAid microwave with this one. Whirlpool makes KitchenAid. I find that the performance is similar, so I am pleased that I didn't have to spend the extra 200-300 for the brand name.

Very nice looking micro at a great price. Easy to install but recommended 2 people to make it easier. Also pretty good capacity.

Big enough for a family to use and easy for the beginner to learn
