This was purchased to replace an existing microwave. Checked for current model of unit to find dimensions. Turns out to be an exact match, including wall bracket. Took longer to drive to store and back. Very easy to operate and presets are nice.

My old microwave bit the dust after 18 years of service. This one seems like a good buy for the money. It helped that the Best Buy clerk found a price match to reduce the price. Needed a couple of expert contractors to help install. Work great.

Easy to install and works perfectly..Really happy with product..

Seems to cook evenly and has easy to use controls. Had to reconfigure the blower vent to fit an updraft vent. Not too difficult to do but time consuming. The cook top light bulb burned out within 30 days. Great value for the price. Matches our approx 10 year old Kenmore stainless appliances.

Easy to install, good instructions. Just need to be ready to bend some metal pieces out, for making the air flow direct upwards. Is in the instructions on what to do.

Nice product works well and looks good. The timer can't be used to time something else while the microwave is running. Took a star away because my older microwave could do this.

I can’t believe how much better my new Whirlpool microwave is compared to my old one. It’s the best. Best Buy had the best price and the most knowledgeable staff. They are very helpful and don’t pressure you at all. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.

I love my new Whirlpool over the range microwave! All my appliances are Whirlpool appliances! Purchasing my microwave was so simple and easy, the salesmen were very helpful and friendIy. My microwave was delivered in just a few days. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and had it set up in no time. I would definitely return to Best Buy!

Bought this to replace an older Whirlpool microwave that was mounted over the stove. The mounts were the same and the ovens were the same size so it was an easy swap. No complaints so far. It cooks evenly, although it seems to be more powerful than my last Whirlpool microwave. The same foods cook faster in this new oven. That's no a bad thing, just an unexpected bonus. One negative: The old Whirlpool had the option of turning off the beep that occurs once it's done. This model does not have that option. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing since we had that option and used it before. Despite that one con, it's still a 5 star microwave based on it's performance.
