    As this is my 3rd in five years, I am hoping for great results, and so far, so good. I looked into what I wanted, and the brand is excellent and the machine opens and closes quietly, works well and has great settings.

    I had to return the first one I bought as the packaging was minimal at best and it had a huge dent. fortunately the store had 1 last one in stock, or else I would have been even more upset. but besides that...it seems well built, and not too hard to install

    This over-the range microwave is easy to install. It comes with a template to help you to mark the screw positions on the wall and on the cabinet. We have two people to do the installation, it only take about an hour.

    Much quieter than the older model it replaced. Have to say I don’t care for the rather screechy alarm beep for when the timer goes off. Other than that it’s great.

    I replaced my old whirlpool with this one. It fit in the space perfectly so I didn’t have to remove any tile or change anything. Love this product. It’s quieter than my old one. Would definitely buy this again. Hope they don’t change the dimensions!
