Purchased this for one of my investment properties and it completed the look of the beautiful kitchen. Nice appliance. Was also delivered as agreed by Best Buy and great customer service.

This microwave replaced our old one and is a perfect fit with a nice sleek look and instructions on the inside of the unit providing a cooking guide which is very helpful!

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it does everything you need it to do at a fraction of the cost of some of the higher end models. Functional, attractive microwave, with easy to master and use controls.

Fit perfectly and is exactly what we were looking for

So far so good! I just got it not even a month yet. Hopefully things continue to work out just fine.

The microwave works well and it has more space in it than my previous microwave. I am happy with the purchase. It is easy to use and the price was good.

First, let me say that I would give this item five stars, if it weren't for the fact that the documentation is almost the worst I have seen in years. Since I've previously installed a similar oven, that was not a problem. But the lack of basic instructions concerning the operations of the unique operations is ridiculous. The company could at least make it available online. but they just have the same nonsense that comes printed in the box. This oven works very well for us in a wall-mounted configuration with a through-the-roof exhaust vent. I'm very happy with the overall style and function, once we figured out the various settings.

Our past two microwaves that I am assuming were the bottom of the line when you buy a newly built "cookie cutter" home, we took a long time to heat food in comparison to this microwave. This micowave is so much better!

Machine seems heavily designed, like a John Browning design (a good thing).

I love the way the microwave looked. Ordered it during out remodel. But now that we are back home and have been using it. It rattles so bad. I thought it was the microwave so we removed the plate inside and it’s actually the plate. I have checked it multiple times to make sure it’s placed right and it still rattles. It has a cheap piece of plastic that holds the glass plate. Because our house was being remodeled, and we just recently got home know I can’t return it or I would.

I'm happy I selected this -- it does everything I need and it was a direct replacement for my old microwave. The controls are really straight-forward and heats food quickly. Watch your beverages while you get used to this machine's power!

Never had an above the range microwave. Now that we have this one, don't know how we did without. This one is great very powerful, can reheat a large cup of coffee. Cooks popcorn in a snap, or for making a frozen lunch in a snap.

excellent unit, performs as expected and carries the Whirlpool brand name know for reliability.

THe microwave is a two person job. I love the it cooks it's larger so bigger dishes fit

Bought for a rental, good value. Looks good and works well. Felt comfortable buying Whirlpool Brand. Have had about 30 days no complaints and the installation person was a pro.
