It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it does everything you need it to do at a fraction of the cost of some of the higher end models. Functional, attractive microwave, with easy to master and use controls.

Great product overall. I had an old whirlpool decided to buy another one to replace the old. Love the fact I could use the same existing brackets without having to you the new ones. Fit like a glove.

I love this microwave. I originally wanted the 2.1 cubic inch model but was on back order. I ordered this one and it was definitely worth it.

First, let me say that I would give this item five stars, if it weren't for the fact that the documentation is almost the worst I have seen in years. Since I've previously installed a similar oven, that was not a problem. But the lack of basic instructions concerning the operations of the unique operations is ridiculous. The company could at least make it available online. but they just have the same nonsense that comes printed in the box. This oven works very well for us in a wall-mounted configuration with a through-the-roof exhaust vent. I'm very happy with the overall style and function, once we figured out the various settings.

Bought as a replacement when our LG unit went belly up. Our Greek Squad warranty only paid the discounted package price so we were looking for an inexpensive option. This seemed to be a good option and so far so good.

Works great, very quiet and quite spacious. Installation was seamless.

I ordered and had it shipped to my home, it had been damaged in shipping. Best Buy stood behind it, offering options repair or replace it. They even delivered the replacement on the July 4th holiday. The 2nd unit works great, looks great. Defrost is a little high but works too well

I love the way the microwave looked. Ordered it during out remodel. But now that we are back home and have been using it. It rattles so bad. I thought it was the microwave so we removed the plate inside and it’s actually the plate. I have checked it multiple times to make sure it’s placed right and it still rattles. It has a cheap piece of plastic that holds the glass plate. Because our house was being remodeled, and we just recently got home know I can’t return it or I would.

I like the size of the microwave. It can accommodate large dishes. I've yet to try using the rack that came with it but overall it is a good buy.

I always grew up with kenmore and whirlpool, so I knew I was getting a good deal when I bought this to replace the amana that was here when I bought the house.

I bought this for my mom to replace a 15 year old whirlpool unit. She didn't have enough space for the 2.1 cu ft. But it has the same features except the turntable is 12" here vs 14". installation was easy works great so far

I was able to replace the same model with the one I had that stopped working. The internet said my store had one & I drove to pick it up. We could not find it anywhere and the associate went the extra mile to locate an open box one tha5 I purchased immediately! It was a great experience & I can’t thank her enough

Nice Looking Easy to Install microwave. It has some nice features. Easy to use display. A one touch 30 second button. Large inside room for cooking bigger items.
