Looks great and easy to install. Old microwave died, and this was the replacement unit. It has all necessary functions. Hopefully it will last 10 years like the previous unit.

The product is fine, just as I expected as I replaced one just like it. Installation was fast and both installers were very courteous and competent

It works, it works fine was kind of a pain to install because the template had to be cut from the the box

I recently purchased this because it was a perfect fit for its predecessor. The previous one stopped working after only 2 years. I had hoped to get a different brand but realistically a look a the surrounding tile and other factors related to the mounting back-plate would have made a brand change a very big job. Of course this one just dropped right in. I am hoping the predecessor's failure was just a fluke and that this one will last many years.

Whirlpool microwave has very easy handle release for opening and closing. Controls are very well laid out. Simple to use and clean. Great Purchase

Gentleman who installed was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Likewise, afterwards he wiped down all areas he worked or touched, then, showing how to use the appliance. Very happy with his thoroughness and promptness to get in and out. Tyson's Best Buy staff were great help as well to assist in finding the right application and being as always super helpful in the areas I am not as experienced in understanding. This store is ALWAYS on their game with customer service.

The large capacity is nice although it's sticks out a bit more than we wanted. It works good though and looks great. The lite underneath it is not as bright as I would like but it works.

The microwave matches to the same brand oven which i purchased at the same time. The installation was professional and the team cleaned up any debris. I haven't used the microwave yet, It looks as I expected.

Nice finish, door seems sturdy enough, keypad layout is simple, overall a nice microwave for the price. No frills, just a solid microwave that isn't too loud with good build quality.

This microwave works well and is much quieter than my previous one. It’s rated at 1000 watts and heats up frozen foods faster than my previous 1200 watt microwave.

Microwave is very intuitive to operate. My kids were able to figure out without any guidance from me. The finish of the unit is great. The consistent cooking makes this an all around great microwave. Wish my old unit would have dies years ago :-)

Replaced a different brand that came with the condo Looks better, fast learning curve, perfect potatoes every time, door opens and closes easier. We are very happy with it, and will stay with whirlpool products.

The first over the range microwave I have owned, love this unit . Only drawback is the light underneath isn’t very bright, will be looking for additional help.
