We got this microwave for an economical price. It combined well with our other appliances and fit perfectly over my stove. It does its job well and we are satisfied with it.

It matches the other kitchen appliances, which was the first criteria. Looks great, works great, well built and easy to install. Well, three out of four! It was a bear to install and I was not a fan of the paper template that was provided. The instructions were more vague than necessary and not completely accurate. On the other hand, once we got it installed, I felt like I'd really accomplished something! So to summarize, it works great, looks great and seems very well built although it was hard to install. On balance, I'm OK with that. Take your time, have someone help, and double and triple check every step.

The 3rd party installer was a perfectionist and did a very good job but he came VERY late due to communication problems with pacific sales. Suppose to be 10am-12noon; was 5:20pm to 6:45pm. The microwave is performing well and it uograded the kitchen.

Great product for the money and easy to install personally

Bought in a package of appliances and took 4 months for microwave to arrive. Everything else was installed and then they came back to do the microwave. Seemed like too long. I do like how the microwave looks and have not used it extensively yet.

This is my 2nd Whirlpool Microwave in 20 years. Very simple to operate, reliable & won't break the bank. That matters to me. Oh yea, nice looking too! There's a reason Best Buy is called "BEST" Buy.

Works as advertised. No issues for the price paid.

Replaced by 15 year old and still working GE microwave. So far this microwave works great. Very strong fan and great shortcut keys for popcorn, etc. Pretty pleased so far. Hope it lasts as long as my last microwave did.

This one does not have all the features that some do. I do not use those anyway. Looks sharp. Cooks as well as any microwave that I have ever owned. Note this has the new Whirlpool handle with bright tips at ends.
