    Wouldn’t have had to buy this one if the previous one of the same model lasted. Mother board fried and was more than half the cost of a new microwave. Only good thing is it fit right in the same opening and bolts fit.

    Quality not as nice as our other Whirlpool microwave. Noiser and when we close door it sounds like tin! The inside is a dark color and can not see food cooking. Instructions not good!!

    Horrible experience ! I paid on my own for the installation and the microwave didnt work. Bestbuy said will replace it but not install it ! Terrible hope they replace it and the replacement work as the double installation cost is more than the microwave itself!

    We wanted to like this microwave, but unfortunately, the vent design is terrible and mostly useless. It's throughput is awful and barely pulls any air through the bottom vent. In comparison to our previous microwave hood combo, this is a major step down.
