    This arrived dented and was only noticeable once you removed all the protective plastic and packaging. Really a shame since you remove that after you put in all the work to install it.

    It’s a beautiful microwave! Very sleek! After installing everything, fan mode on High did not work. What a bummer! I’ve Tried every step from guideline and still did not work. FYI make sure to test product before installing! I just got lucky and got a faulty one!

    Although the appliance was open box, it was listed in excellent condition. Upon opening, I found out there is no hardware, no filter and no microwave glass plate. This should have been checked before selling online.
