It is the perfect unit for the one I replaced. Looks nice and works well. Easy to use and the controls are convenient.

Easy to install. Just be extra careful when cutting the installation template out of the packaging. Works great, looks good. It's really big, for some reason. You could shove a whole turkey in there..but that's not what I needed. Mostly, I warm up day-old coffee and frozen burritos.

This purchase was so easy. I checked inventory before I went to the store. No waiting, purchased, loaded in car and off I went. Found an installer and we were good to go before Thanksgiving. No installation issues since my previous microwave was the same brand. (A good tip to remember!) So far so good. Love the new microwave.

Microwave was very easy to install. Need 2 people as it’s very heavy. Works great. Only thing I don’t like is a ceramic plate get so hot in this microwave that you can’t touch them after heating. Cannot heat on a dinner plate. Must use glass or plastic to heat things up and then transfer to a plate.

really like the black and stainless appearance and found that it functions very well once you get used to the controls that are different from our 15 year old Samsung. Also really noticed that the power is stronger from our older one. Maybe microwaves lose some power as the get old...

It is a bit larger than we needed. So far it works well and is intuitive to set. I hate the beep it makes. Was a fair price and available in store. I wish Best Buys would recycle our old broken one.

I am very happy with my purchase. I installed it myself. The air blower was very easy to modify for ventilating upward. My last whirlpool was purchased in 2009. I am very happy with this current update.

I was looking for an exact replacement of the our previous one (Builder Installed version) of which the door broke. I couldn't find the exact one, but this one is the closest match. That said the installation was super simple because it matched the previous ones and all I need to do is to unscrew the old one out and then put this one back there. I just wish there was more stainless steel on the door with Fingerprint resistant. But for the price I am very happy with this purchase.
