Easy installation works great, I recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive microwave.

We like our new Whirlpool microwave, It matches our other Whirlpool appliances and cooks our food faster than our older one. Easy to figure out the controls and reasonably priced. It was a good purchase.

Happy with it overall. Keypad is different than the previous Whirlpool MW we had as far as sensitivity to the keyboard, but we'll eventually get used to it. Cooking is very good. Alarm sound (that food is done cooking) is loud and comes off as a smoke alarm. Startles us each time it goes off.

The new microwave works really good and I am very satisfied with the heating. The only thing I could say that I don't like about it is the door mechanism to closing and opening is stiff. You cannot close it softly or quietly. Otherwise, I am happy with the product.

Installation was easy. Luckily the space it was going in was the perfect size. While the inside dimensions were a little smaller than the previous microwave, it still more than enough space for what i normally use it for.

Microwave ultimately works adequately. It took 3 delivery attempts to get one undamaged. It was for a rental and it took months. The delivery crew was terrific, they also installed the final one that was undamaged. It replaced a similar 10 yo whirlpool unit but it required new cabinet holes drilled, and a new wall bracket (included). The installation was tidy, they cleaned up completely, and removed all packing plus the old unit. This micro is about half the weight of the old one. Half the time I have appliances delivered, there is some type of concealed damage, and Best Buy has been competent making things right.

I got my Whirlpool Over the range for my recently remodeled kitchen and I love it. Big and beautiful with a great price and price. I have had no problems with it. I plan to buy more electronic from best buy for my house in the future

Like the fact there are not 50 things to program, easy to use , gets the job done efficiently. Good quality for the price . Easy to install.

Installed myself- was a very easy installation. It seems to heat hotter and fast than prior microwave which was a higher end Kitchenaid This was a very solid VALUE option- value = Quality/Cost

Our over the range microwave needed replacement. The whirlpool is a great option. It looks great and works well. Hopefully it lasts as long as the original..

Machine is working like a top. Easy to use and food temps seem to be right on.

Works well. Looks good. Will see if this is the Whirlpool of old. Can't really speak to longevity. Most new appliances last about 1/10 as long as the old ones.

Microwave has a beautiful design, it looks great in my kitchen. It works perfect and for me Whirlpool is the best branch in appliances.

This microwave is very quiet, heats up very well. Don't know how long it will last, hopefully we get a few years out of it. Samsung ones don't seem to last long.
