    This purchase was so easy. I checked inventory before I went to the store. No waiting, purchased, loaded in car and off I went. Found an installer and we were good to go before Thanksgiving. No installation issues since my previous microwave was the same brand. (A good tip to remember!) So far so good. Love the new microwave.

    Bought for my grandmother as a christmas gift. Looks sleek, easy to use, and was super easy to mount. Whirlpool has always been the go to brand for years in my family and they never fail to exceed expectations. Best buy had it for the most cost efficient.

    The microwave works great. It was the installation manual that was really tough to figure out. The manual did not give dimensions of the upper bolt holes and it was a tough hour to hold the microwave while trying to figure out the width and length to drill for the new holes in the cabinet.

    Works as advertised. Dark interior looks nice. Really wish the industry, or even Whirlpool, would standardize the top mounting location so new holes needn't be drilled into the top cabinet. Nice that you can silence the keypad beeps.

    My wife and I replaced our 25 year old Whirlpool microwave with this 1.7 Cu. Ft. OTR Microwave at the same time we replaced our stove. It is preforming as should be expected and the installation was done on time and with professionalism. Very happy with our choices and Best Buys service.
