It controls pretty well. It was easy to install. The only issue not being able to change the sounds/beeps other than muting them.

Just remember to turn sound on when timer on or you wont hear it. I WOULD like it automatically sound if its a timer. But Love how quiet it is and you can mute it.

It has many settings and they do take some getting used to, since our last one was over 20years old! It looks great! Very nice! I recommend this highly!

Old one prompted you on things like reheat. Can’t figure out how all these buttons work. Also, the new one requires an extra step to enter a cook time. Biggest issue is handle is metal and becomes hot to touch when you’re cooking in range.

This whirlpool microwave is very easy to use I like the quick timer setting for my kids to use.it is a little bit bigger than my old Samsung microwave but overall I love it.
